Brewmaster’s dinner - 5 course dinner and noble drops from 7 Fjell Bryggeri
What could be better on a cold winter's evening than to "warm" yourself with noble drops brewed here in the city of Bergen itself.
Together with 7 Fjell Bryggeri, we offer up to a 5-course dinner accompanied by delicious and mouth-watering drops from Bønes. Presentation and first-hand funfacts of the noble beverages you are served will of course be provided by those who know it best - the brewery itself!
Usually when you eat out you usually get drinks that match the food, but this evening we are reversing the roles. We therefore serve food that is adapted to the drink. The menu will be varied, and since seafood is at its best in winter, we can guarantee that some of the dishes come from the wet element. So the taste buds can only rejoice! And should there be any doubt; It's guaranteed to be a great atmosphere - and perhaps the perfect evening to gather the group of friends to the mountains 😊
The price of NOK 2,295 per person includes:
- Round trip cable car ticket
- Aperitif and snacks
- 5 course menu
- Different liquid flavors for the different dishes
- Coffee
- Stories and secrets from the brewery
- Small tip for the kitchen and serving (can be taken away during the booking process)
We start with an aperitif at 18, and ends no later than 23. (annual pass holders can enter their annual pass discount in the booking process)
