Only 25 minutes from the city centre to the top of mount Ulriken, you can discover the untouched nature at the high mountains in the middle of the city.
At Ulriken you will find Skyskraperen restaurant, Ulriken kafé, shop, toilets, activities, hiking trails and more.

Tickets for the Ulriksbussen are bought at the bus stop; Torgalmenningen 1A. Departure from the city center approximately every 30 minutes every day between 09:00 and 18:30.

Ulriken Express Bus - May 1st to September 30th
We would recommend our own Ulriken Express Bus directly from the city center(Torgallmenningen 1A) to Ulriksbanen. Tickets can be bought at the stop.
The bus departs from the city center approximately every 30 minutes every day between 09:00 and 18:30 from May 1st to September 30th.
Last departure from Ulriksbanen to the city center is at 18:15.
The tram: Departs from Kaigaten and Fyllingsdalen directly to Haukeland Hospital. From the stop, it is only a 5-minute walk up to the Ulriksbanen. You can use the travel planner from Skyss, and add "Ulriken stasjon Haukelandsbakken" as destination. Bus: Line 12, 21, 5, 6, 16E og 27.
If you have to use a car, there is a car park at the lower station, but with very limited space - 2 HC spots.
We can also recommend parking in the Haukeland hospital car park in the evenings and weekends where the price is NOK 15 per startet 60 minutes between 8:00-21.00 Saturday-Sunday (Max NOK 105,- per day). There are stairs leading up from the Haukeland hospital parking garage to Ulriksbanen, about 5 minutes walk. In addition, there are parking options at Montana Vandrerhjem, address: Johan Blytts vei 30.
