Product Information:

Annual cards for Ulriksbanen are personal and valid for 12 months from purchase date.

Gift cards must be used withing 12 months from purchase date, and can not be used to buy a new gift card.

Prices:

All prices in NOK and is included taxes.

Lost annual card will be replaced with the cost of a new card (NOK 75,-)

Annual card is valid from purchase date and 12 months ahead.

Please note that the Ulriken Cable Car (and restaurants) are closed for annual maintenance two weeks every year, normally the two first weeks of January.

Conditions:

Ulriken Taubaneselskap AS, Org nr 992 275 618 and Skyskraperen AS, Org nr 916 909 071 can not be held responsible for down time in relation to force majeure, or other factors outside of the beforementioned company’s control.

Orders will be sent out electronically via confirmation e-mail – at no cost.

Cable car tickets are valid in 90 days after purchase.

Orders are binding once you click the ”Confirm booking” button. Once the order is confirmed with us you will automatically be sent confirmation of this via e-mail. If you are ordering a package deal, please pay particular attention to ensure that the package deal description in your confirmation is correct, and meets the requirements you have stipulated in your order.

Payment:

Payment is required at the time of purchase unless other is agreed upon with Ulriksbanen og Skyskraperen.

When you purchase products from Ulriken Taubaneselskap AS or Skyskraperen AS the payment is treated by netaxept, which is a safe payment provider for Visa og Mastercard/ Eurocard. All payment information is stored safe in compliance with international safe standards.

Personal data:

To complete a booking, you must consent to us storing personal data about you. This is so that we are able to process your booking. The information we store is your name, address, phone number, email address, and any other information you add as a comment in your booking. Payment information is stored with our e-commerce provider Teller/Nets.

Refund:

If you wish to cancell booking as Skyskraperen Restaurant we ask you to call +47 53 643 643 or send an e-mail to booking@skyskraperen.no within 24 hours before the reservation.

There is no refund on cable car tickets, unless the cable car is closed due to reasons out of Ulriken643 control and fault, such as very strong winds.
