Skyskraperen is Bergen’s highest located dining venue, offering spectacular views from the top of Mount Ulriken! We offer a restaurant, café, meeting/conference and event facilities, a panoramic terrace, outdoor grill and service, as well as opportunities for other entertaining activities.

Locally sourced seasonal ingredients and local producers are at the heart of both our food and beverage concepts. Our menus reflect the raw nature and unique surroundings of Western Norway, with access to some of the world’s finest ingredients.
For this position, we are looking for a diligent and responsible person with relevant experience from similar roles, or extensive experience as a chef with a strong desire for personal development and to take the next step in their career.
You are professionally strong, with solid experience and knowledge from fine dining restaurants in the Nordic countries.
As Sous Chef, you will, together with the Head Chef, be responsible for the operation and maintenance of our kitchens, with primary responsibility for the restaurant part of our operations.
You are passionate about flavors from New Nordic cuisine, and you are a clear leader, resource person, organizer, and motivator for the team. You are confident and comfortable taking on a leadership role.
Creative, dedicated, cheerful, eager to learn, solution-oriented, and organized are essential qualities for this position.
